During David's 32-years within the transportation industry has gained experience in ITS design and deployment, electronic toll collection (ETC) infrastructure, fiber optic
(FOC) communications infrastructure, system engineering, value engineering, constructibility review, and construction engineering and inspection (CEI). David has published ITS Specifications and Best Practices for ALDOT, FDOT, GDOT, UDOT, MDOT, Harris County Texas, and various municipalities. In addition, has authored and published various technical white papers regarding CCTV occlusion within an ITS design, and CCTV lowering device as a safety feature for road maintenance. David has played a part of approximately $2.5-Billion in ITS/Toll roadway projects. David holds a PMP Certification.
