I am currently an active law enforcement supervisor with 28 years of law enforcement experience and training. I am responsible for conducting evaluations of use of force, pursuits, accidents and other incidents involving police officers' actions. In addition, I have also consulted police officers during administrative and internal affairs hearings. I bring this same professionalism and attention for the details of facts when reviewing cases for my clients.

I have also presented in the 4oth Annual National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice National Conference, the Region 5 Training workshop of the National Organization of Blacks in Law Enforcement (NOBLE), Arkansas District Court Officers Association Semi-Annual Training and the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute: School of Law Enforcement Supervision. Additionally, I have National Internal Affairs Training and Certification in addition to a Use of Force Instructor /Analyst Certification.
