Mr. Underdown provides testimony in cases for both Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s in the areas of Insurance Bad Faith Claims, AgentBroker Standards, Insurance coverage opinions and Life Insurance Suitability opinions and other insurance areas. He holds licenses as an insurance producer in Accident and Health, Casualty, Life and Property.
His insurance designations include AINS, SIA, AIC, ARM, CFLC. Associate in Insurance, Senior Insurance Adjuster, Associate in Claims, Associate in Risk Management and Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant.
Mr. Underdown is a current Board Member of the Arizona Chapter Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) and a Past President of the Arizona chapter of FEWA, Past President of the Arizona chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), and a member of the American Association or Insurance Management Consultants, (AAIMCo).
