I am a Professor of Medicine and have extensive experience as a medical director, chief and clinician and can opine on standard of care in hospital, nursing home, assisted living facilities, and ambulatory care setting, as well as life expectancy, functional decline, elder abuse and neglect. I am a subject matter expert in geriatric syndromes including but not limited to dementia, delirium, falls and injury prevention, polypharmacy, functional decline, goals of care.
