Dr Louis is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a full-time practitioner of emergency medicine at a community emergency department and has had experience in a range of practice settings from urgent care facilities and free-standing emergency rooms to trauma centers. His patient population ranges from infants to the elderly nursing home patients. He has experience diagnosing and treating multiple serious conditions and also has extensive experience working locum tenens in rural/critical access hospitals. In his career, he has supervised medical students, residents, PA's and ARNPs. He is also a trained veteran disability evaluator.

He is licensed in Florida and Indiana and has been in practice over 20 years. He is ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certified. He has completed SEAK expert witness training course and has had prior case review, deposition and courtroom experience.
