I am a Registered Nurse for 18 years, with her last 13 years serving as a Nurse Practitioner in a large tertiary medical center. My nursing career began working alongside patients in trauma, cardiovascular, neurosurgical, and general medical-surgical ICU. After obtaining a master's in nursing and board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, I have worked in various acute care settings such as trauma, hospital medicine, and various critical care units as a Nurse Practitioner. I currently serve as the Lead Nurse Practitioner of a team of NPs and PAs within my practice.
