Dr. Berberick has expertise in the areas of Inpatient and Outpatient treatment and all forms of Mental Health treatment in Community settings. This includes standards of practice in Group Homes, Community Residences, Halfway Houses, Emergency Services, Case Management, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Social/Vocational, Behavioral Health Managed Care (HMOs), Record Review, Quality Assurance, and Management/Fiscal, System Design and Community Support. Dr. Berberick is Board Certified in Healthcare Management, and has served on the Adjunct Faculty of the State University of New York at Albany.
Dr. Berberick has held senior management positions in the Colorado, New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Mental Health systems. He has been a senior interim manager in Maryland and Michigan. He has also served as a Consultant and presented papers on Mental Health systems, Community Support services and Psychiatric Rehabilitation at national conferences.
