After completing law school and medical school I completed my internal medicine training in Brooklyn, New York. I was voted resident of the year and upon completion of my residency was elected to be chief resident. I did a chief resident year and matched in a Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship program at George Washington University. Out of over 65 fellows I was voted Fellow of the Year by my peers and attending physicians. I began my professional career at a hospital in Maryland which is where I still work.

I am the Director of Critical Care Medicine and have run the intensive care unit for 6 years now. I also see pulmonology consults in the hospital and have chaired the hospital COVID-19 response team. I perform bronchoscopies and endobronchial ultrasound procedures in the OR. I also have a private pulmonology practice which is part of a multispecialty group which operates nearby.

I am active in the community and run a mobile free clinic serving uninsured patients. For my work in the hospital, clinic and community I was given the Outstanding Medical Leadership award in 2019. I believe my diverse background in law and medicine would make me a unique and qualified expert witness in cases related to critical care and pulmonology medicine.
