As a trial attorney for 30 years, I have handled an array of cases of varying topics. I began my professional life as a defense attorney, and spent the first 12 years of my practice primarily engaged with firms specializing in direct and insurance defense. In 1995 I co-founded a personal injury firm that focused on representation of plaintiffs. That practice continues to the present.
Although I have devoted my practice in recent years to representation of injured parties, I have significant experience on behalf of defendants and insurers. This experience has brought objectivity and perspective.
