Description
Dr. Pamela Noel graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and completed Internal Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. She completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She also earned a graduate certificate in Infection Control and has a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Practice at the University of South Florida. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.

Dr. Noel has served as an infectious disease expert witness, assisting attorneys in various infectious disease related legal cases. She has also performed many independent medical examinations for clients seeking disability insurance due to various acute and/or chronic medical conditions.  

Dr. Noel joined Infectious Disease Associates of Tampa Bay (IDATB) in 2013. She is the Medical Director of the Procedure Clinic at IDATB and is the clinical leader in the Telemedicine Project for this group practice. 

Dr Noel created Amaris Medical Experts, LLC, a multi-specialty network of physician expert witnesses who assist legal teams.
