Former Chief Medical Officer of a 278-bed Community Hospital in Terre Haute, former Medical Director for Emergency Medicine and Occupational Health, and current Chief Medical Officer of Proactive MD, which operates clinics for large employers.  Frequent speaker on the subject of quality in healthcare. Extensive chart review experience focused on quality and adverse events. Serve as consultant to KEPRO, the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for more than 30 states. Primary responsibility is to review medical records to see whether they meet the Standard of Care.
