Board certified in Geriatrics and Family Medicine. Certified Medical Director through AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Past president of IMDA – the Indiana chapter of AMDA. Worked nine years in the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at Indiana University, regularly teaching medical students, internal medicine residents, geriatric fellows and nurse practitioners working in nursing homes.
