Dana Blair is a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Disability Management Specialist, and Certified Case Manager. As a Certified Life Care Planner, Ms. Blair is able to determine and explain the present and future cost projections for care and services associated with: • Medical procedures and evaluations • Medications • Therapeutic modalities • Diagnostic imaging • Durable medical equipment and supplies • Transportation • Structural and environmental modifications • Community support services • Home care and assistance • Replacement services Ms. Blair possesses experience working on cases for catastrophically injured adults and children with injuries including but not limited to: • Birth injury • Developmental delays • Spinal cord injury • Traumatic brain injury • Chronic pain • Amputation • Neurologic injury • Burn injury • Psychiatric/psychological trauma • Orthopedic trauma Ms. Blair's prior employment experience includes working with populations such as, but not limited to: • Children and adolescents in the foster care system • Biological and foster parents • Incarcerated adolescents • Children and adolescents with developmental delays, cognitive impairments, learning disorders, and emotional and behavioral diagnoses • Special education students with Individualized Education Plans [IEP] Ms. Blair is experienced in Vocational Expert Opinions for loss of earning capacity in cases such as: • Personal injury claims • Medical malpractice cases • Divorce/alimony disputes • Labor and employment cases • Workers' compensation cases • Wrongful death cases • Birth injuries Ms. Blair is a Certified Disability Management Specialist with experience working with other disability service systems such as, but not limited to: • Social Security Disability Insurance • Ticket to Return to Work Program • Long-Term Disability • Labor Unions Ms. Blair is qualified to provide a combined Life Care Plan and Vocational Expert Opinion report.
