As Principal of Fulmer Associates LLC, Robert Fulmer utilizes his 38 years of professional practice and consulting experience within the building enclosure construction industry, to provide building exterior design, assessment and project management services for institutional, academic and residential structures through the application of contemporary building science and current industry standards.
Robert's professional experience includes all building enclosure systems, including all types of low-slope and steep-slope roof systems, with extensive expertise in slate, copper, tile and wood roof systems. Also, included are all types of masonry wall and window systems, stucco, plaza decks and below-grade waterproofing.
He is a published author and has lectured throughout the U.S. on various exterior building science topics. 

Robert's expert witness experience includes testimony at both jury and bench trials, depositions, arbitration and mediation, while representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The range of litigation services includes all building enclosure systems, construction defects, water infiltration, moisture intrusion claims, installation failures and standards, material failures and testing, construction documents and building codes, forensic inspections and system failure analysis. Robert has extensive expertise with claims involving slate, copper, tile and wood roof systems as well as all masonry wall and window systems, plaza decks and below-grade waterproofing.
