Description
Luis L Perez, DO, a family medicine physician at Grand Lake Family Practice and Pediatrics in Celina, Ohio, was clinical associate professor of family medicine at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, and former program director for the Transitional Year residency program at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, Ohio.
