Dr. Gleb Tsipursky is a world-renowned thought leader and expert in bias and decision making. As the CEO of the boutique consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts, he helps evaluate and address bias in decision making in companies and other organizations, including via litigation consulting.

He wrote the global best-sellers Never Go With Your Gut: How Pioneering Leaders Make the Best Decisions and Avoid Business Disasters (Career Press, 2019) and The Blindspots Between Us: How to Overcome Unconscious Cognitive Bias and Build Better Relationships (New Harbinger, 2020). His writing was translated into Chinese, Korean, German, Russian, Polish, and other languages. 

Dr. Tsipursky's expertise comes from 22 years of consulting for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government organizations. They include Aflac, Applied Materials, Entergy, Honda, US Defense Health Agency, Wells Fargo, World Wildlife Fund, and Xerox. 

His expertise also comes from academia. A behavioral scientist, he researched bias and decision making for 7 years as a professor at the Ohio State University and 8 years as a Lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he got his PhD. He published over 30 peer-reviewed pieces in academic venues such as Behavior and Social Issues and Journal of Social and Political Psychology. 

Trained in the Daubert standard, Dr. Tsipursky writes reports and provides deposition and court testimony based on tested techniques thoroughly informed by peer-reviewed publications widely accepted in the scientific community. He specializes in helping litigators determine the extent and impact of decision-making bias and convince the trier of fact to adopt their theory of the case.
