Provides forensic analysis and litigation support to attorneys, insurance companies and municipalities in the field of accident reconstruction.  Has qualified as a court recognized expert in traffic accident reconstruction in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.  Has been practicing accident reconstruction since 1999 and collision investigation since 1989.  Has worked privately for criminal prosecution &amp; defense as well as civil plaintiff &amp; defense.

Retired after 30 years of service from the Irvine (CA) Police Department in November of 2019 where he was assigned to the Field Operations Division as a Detective responsible for traffic-related cases.  Worked as the Ã¢Â€ÂœTeam LeaderÃ¢Â€Â for the Irvine Police Department's M.A.I.T. (Major Accident Investigation Team).  Responsible for the investigation of vehicular murder &amp; homicide cases, traffic collision reconstruction of fatal &amp; major injury collisions, hit and run investigations, on-duty officer involved collision investigations and potential city liability collision investigations.  Has provided forensic analysis and litigation support to multiple agencies in Southern California including the Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Butte County DA's Office, and has been court-recognized as an expert in Ã¢Â€ÂœAccident ReconstructionÃ¢Â€Â in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.  Has assisted with several other vehicular manslaughter and murder cases in other jurisdictions throughout Southern California.  He is the original founder and manager of the Southern California Traffic Investigators Association which has over 500 law enforcement members.  In addition to instructing new officers in the field of collision investigation, and mentoring many other law enforcement investigators, he also continues to lecture to law enforcement and prosecutors throughout the state of California in the field of collision reconstruction.
