Description
Vector Scientific, Inc. (VSI) provides high-quality forensic consulting services in the areas of injury biomechanics and accident reconstruction in motor vehicle, sport/recreation, and industrial/occupational accidents. VSI biomechanical experts have specialties in head injury biomechanics (e.g. concussion/mTBI risk, TBI mechanics, helmet protection, etc.), spine biomechanics (e.g. fracture/dislocation mechanics, disc pathology, etc.), thoracic trauma biomechanics, and shoulder, hip, and knee injury biomechanics. Our experience covers high-speed motor vehicle accidents including rollover, frontal, lateral, and rear-end collisions; low-speed motor vehicle accidents including rear-end, lateral, and sideswipe collisions; and various sport/recreation accidents. The VSI staff of biomechanical and accident reconstruction engineers include internationally recognized experts who have published award-nominated scientific research and are routinely invited to lecture at universities and scientific conferences.  The Vector Scientific team works nationwide and in addition to being outstanding scientists, the staff at VSI is accessible, available, and accountable, and have great communication skills.   Over the past 33 years Jeff Wheeler, the Founder and President of VSI, has testified in over 150 jury trials in State and Federal Courts in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, and Wyoming; and has given more than 300 depositions in over 20 states. The breakdown of his trial and depo testimony is 60/40 (60% Defense and 40% Plaintiff).
