Accredited ACTAR reconstructionist with over 33 years of experience investigating traffic crashes. Â Jim has developed a vast knowledge of traffic crash investigation and reconstruction. Â While with the Highway Patrol he developed a computer program to track traffic crashes, obtaining information such as location, time of day, cause of the crash, and other pertinent information. Â Utilizing this information the Patrol was able to target areas for enhanced patrols and realign manpower to better deal with high volume areas. Â After retirement, he continued his education which includes new technology such as EDR (Blackbox) Downloads, Drone Photography and 3D Animation.
