During the past 27 years, I have treated thousands of patients with motor vehicle collision related injuries. I also coordinate care with other chiropractic physicians, medical specialists, massage therapists, and have extensive experience evaluating radiographic images. Â

I have been an established court expert for 24 yearsÂ due to successfully testifying at numerous trials regarding chiropractic training, treatment and billing, chiropractic malpractice, and chiropractic standards of care.Â

I have been a Washington State Department of Labor &amp; Industries (L&amp;I) Independent Medical Examiner (IME) for 16 years and an L&amp;I Consultant for 20, Chiropractic National Boards examiner, writer, and grader for 19 years, and a Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board Fellow for 5 years. I was appointed by two Washington State Governors as a Washington State Chiropractic Commissioner for 8 years, chairing the Commission for three years, and was also a Pro Tempore for 4. Additionally, I served on the University of Western States as a board member for 9 years, and chaired various committees and the board itself. Â

I am familiar with the best practices, treatment, and charges made in the chiropractic profession.Â I maintain high quality continuing education, follow Dr. Art Croft protocols and the AMA 5th and 6th Edition for impairment ratings.Â When asked, I speak at professional conferences and seminars as time allows.Â
