I have consulted on over 1800 weather related legal cases and insurance claims that included slip and fall incidents, wind and hail damage, lightning detection and precipitation amounts. I have testified as an expert witness over 125 times. I have been a broadcast meteorologist for 30 years and a forensic meteorologist/expert witness for more than 27 years.
