I am a CPM (IREM Certified Property Manager) and have been a commercial property manager for over 38 years. I have operated property management organizations, administered hundreds of leases and am an instructor in these topics at the university level. I am an instructor for IREM and BOMA as well.

My specialty revolves around a Landlord's reasonable standard of care for commercial and residential properties including parking lot safety, walkways, balconies and other duties to maintain a reasonably safe property which is a joint responsibility of the Landlord and Property Manager.
