Gina M. Blocker, DO, FAAEM, is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine (board certified) with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is a US ARMY Veteran, with over 10 years of active duty service. Dr. Blocker has served as the Medical Director for a level II Trauma Center's Emergency Medical Service (EMS) department. She is a dedicated fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM), where she served as the chairwoman for the Diversity and Inclusion committee. She also served as the Vice Chair of Emergency Medicine, and the Assistant Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant program. She has spent more than 10 years in academic emergency medicine, supervising medical residents, student, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
